Good morning all,

It's time for our 2nd challenge :)
My apologies for the slight delay in getting the challenge started...

The theme for our 2nd challenge is Black, White & One Other Colour
(we will allow other colours like skin tones, hair colour etc but the 
colour scheme for your card must go with our chosen theme)

Where The Snow Falls...

Afternoon :)

Time for another Christmas show case from Colette...

I think this is one of my fave's from the kits and features the adorable 'Flat Bottom Snowy'
which you can find HERE as a single image or HERE if your wanting the 
Where The Snow Falls 6x6 Card Kit.

As you can see this card uses what I call 'Jumbled Pyramage' which adds great dimension
to your cards but without all the intricate cutting from decoupage - Watch out you will see more 
Jumble Pyramage in the New Year :)

(sprayed with Adhesive and sprinkled with Glamour Dust)

Snow Time...

Evening all,

Can you believe Christmas is just next week... Eeeek!!
Where has the time gone?? I hope you are all ready?

With Christmas in mind I will be showcasing the last of the Christmas cards from
the wonderful Design Team over the next couple of days so without further a do let me show you

A Trio of Cards...

Just little old me again..

Tonight's showcase is a trio of cards all from Christina

All 3 cards are from the 'Christmas Selection' Mega Bundle which can be found HERE

I think this has to be my favorite bundle I have put together, there are a total of 10 kits in the bundle
and all feature the adorable artwork from Sassy Cheryl.... The images are just a delight to work with 
and make the most adorable cards :)

I also love to see how each person makes something different with them and not just make them
as they come in the kits.

Challenge #1 - Winners!!!

Evening all,

Firstly my huge apologies for the delay in announcing the winners of our first challenge!!
I have a Christmas party in 2 weeks time so made plans to go and find myself  a lovely party off 
in to town I headed!! Several hours later and I have come home empty handed so have spent the afternoon searching the internet and had completely forgotten to post the details of the winners...

So here I am now....

Winkies Snowday Wishes.....

Evening all,

I was meant to post this on Saturday as a mid challenge reminder but time slipped away from me
and before I knew it, it was Monday which means back to work :(

Reindeer Pull...

Tonight's second card comes from Colette :)

I just love the colours on this card, so bright and vibrant and completely different to the traditional Christmas colours!! This card also shows how you don't have to follow the kit, Colette has chosen to completely layer this up differently to how I designed it and yet still looks great :)

Noah The Helpful Elf...

Here I am again :)

This time with a card from Colette which features yet another one of my favorite images...

Colette has used our 'Noah The Helpful Elf' card kit which you can find HERE.

These kits are super easy if your a beginners but can also be completely adapted and changed to suit the more advanced crafter. Designed to work with your 6x6 card blanks they contain everything you need to make the complete card including the choice of a matching box or envelope.

Primitive Christmas...

Evening all,

WOW what a busy week I have just had!
November is full of birthday's which means family get together's, meals out etc etc so last week I actually only managed to spend 2 nights in the house so I am a little behind with everything :)

Tonight's card was made by Colette from the Design Team and it's one I just LOVE!!

Colette has used the 'Primitive Christmas Tree' card kit which can be found HERE.

I love the simplicity of the image and I would never have thought to use the kit with Kraft card :)

A little tip: If you don't want to make up the envelope that comes with the kit then just print the envelope front, cut off the top flap and then attach the reminder to the front of your envelope!

Hanging Out To Dry.....

Only me again :)

Tonight's second card I am sharing was made by Christina!

Christina has chosen the adorable 'Hanging Out To Dry' illustration which can be found HERE.

The base of the card was created using large scalloped oval die from Spellbinders and folded in half
to create a rocker card. The main image was then cut using a small scalloped circle effective don't you think??

Snowey The Snowman......

Afternoon all,

Hope you are all keeping warm on this bitterly cold day?

I am back to share with you another wonderful card from Colette which uses one of my favorite
Sassy images.... Snowey The Snowman!!

Aint he cute... and you can find him HERE.

Colette has used the 'Snowey The Snowman 6x6 Kit' which is available as part of a money saving mega bundle HERE. Although this kit was designed for a 6x6 card by printing of the backing papers twice Colette has made this lovely easel card :) It's nice to show that you don't have to use the kits as they come and that that they can quite easily be adapted to suit other card styles!

To finish this card to perfection Colette has also used the following:
